摘要
目的研究临床护理路径应用在肺癌手术患者中的临床疗效,并分期其对患者护理质量的影响。方法对我院2014年11月~2016年8月期间所收治的肺癌104例患者进行研究,所有患者均行手术治疗,随后按照随机数字表法对患者进行分组,对照组应用常规护理措施,研究组按照制定好的临床路径进行护理,观察两组的临床疗效。结果研究组患者术后并发症发生率(3.85%)显著低于对照组(21.15%),且研究组患者术后的住院时间和排痰时间明显短于对照组,研究组患者手术后28 d的生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对行肺癌手术患者的护理工作应用临床护理路径,明显改善了患者生活质量和临床各项指标。
Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with lung cancer surgery and to evaluate the effect of clinical nursing on the nursing quality of patients. Methods A total of 104 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to August 2016 were studied. All patients underwent sur- gical treatment. Patients were then grouped according to random number table. The control group received routine nurs- ing interventions. The study group received nursing in accordance with the developed clinical pathway. The clinical ef- ficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications（3.85%） in study group was significantly lower than that in control group （21.15%）. In addition, the postoperative hospitalization time and expectora- tion time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in control group. The quality of life score in the study group at 28 days after surgery was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway applied in the nursing of patients with lung cancer surgery significantly improves the quality of life and clinical indicators of patients.
