摘要 患者41岁，因“产后3小时余，阴道大量流血3小时余”于2017年3月19日入住江苏省苏北人民医院，该患者于2017-03-1901：36于当地医院胎膜早破后行催产素静滴，足月阴道分娩一女婴，体重3100g，
