摘要
海口中心为288m高纯钢结构建筑,主楼结构柱均为钢管混凝土柱,钢管柱截面规格多达40余种。钢管混凝土采用高抛法浇筑,最大倾落高度达12.6m,钢管柱内部有多道横隔板及纵隔板,对施工技术要求高。为确保钢管内混凝土的密实度和强度,分别进行钢管柱截面设计、混凝土配合比优化、浇筑模拟试验、施工工艺改进及密实度检测等多方面研究,总结出一套适用于本工程的施工技术。利用该技术指导现场施工,保证了施工质量。
Haikou Center Project is 288 meters high with a full-steel structure. All of the structural columns of the main building are concrete filled steel tube. There are over 40 kinds of section specifications of the columns. The concrete is pouring by high pouring method and the pouring height is up to 12. 6 m. There are many clapboards inside,causing the high requirement for construction. To ensure the compactness and strength of the concrete in the tube,a series of techniques including section design,mix proportion design, simulation test, improvement of construction method,compactness detection are researched and a set of construction techniques for this project is summarized. The construction quality is guaranteed by using the techniques.
