摘要
分析了桥梁钢结构焊缝涂层的开裂原因,指出焊缝涂层开裂的主因是焊缝表面处理及预涂未达到规范要求,次要原因是环氧富锌底漆锌粉含量偏高。同时给出了对于开裂涂层的修补建议。
The weld coating cracking reasons of bridge steel structure was analyzed. It was pointed out that the main reason of weld coating cracking was that the surface treatment and precoating of weld seam did not meet the standard requirements. The secondary reason was the higher zinc content of epoxy zinc-rich primer. The repairing suggestions for cracked coating were given.
