摘要
虚拟健康社区的发展离不开信息系统的支持,本文从信息系统成功视角出发,以D&M信息系统成功模型为基础,对虚拟健康社区用户的使用意愿进行分析。研究提出10个假设,并通过实证研究对假设进行检验。结果发现,信息质量、系统质量与虚拟健康社区用户使用意愿间具有正向影响关系;虚拟健康社区的信息完整性、格式性及系统整合性和灵活性没有通过假设检验;信息准确性和时效性影响着虚拟健康社区的信息质量;系统可访问性和及时性则影响着虚拟健康社区的系统质量。根据实证研究结果得到了相关启示。
The development of virtual health community depends on information systems. This paper analysis the users' intention of using virtual health community from the perspective of information system success. We propose 10 hypotheses and test the hypotheses from empirical research. It is founded that the information quality and system quality have positive effects on the users' intention of using virtual health community; the completeness and format of information and integration and flexibility of system did not pass the empirical test; the accuracy and currency of information have positive effects on information quality of virtual health community; the accessibility and timeliness have positive effects on system of virtual health community. Finally,we provide some recommendations respectively.
