摘要
鲜食玉米具有营养丰富、糖分高、皮渣少、口感好的特点,深受消费者的喜爱,是城乡市民重要的养生、保健食品之一,其在山区特色农业产业中占有重要的地位。笔者通过近年来对河池市甜糯玉米施肥现状的调查,发现当地农民重施化肥、轻施有机肥、盲目施肥的现象极为普遍,导致玉米品质低,产品市场竞争力不强,由此提出玉米合理施肥建议,为甜糯玉米优质、高效栽培提供技术参考。
Table corn has many characteristics, such as rich nutrition, high sugar content, less pomace and good taste. It is a well received, important health food for consumers. Also, it's very important in the mountain agricultural production. Based on the investigation in recent years on the sweet waxy corn fertilization, we found a common phenomenon that farmers ignore the scientific concept of fertilizer management. In order to obtain high-yield of corn, excessive chemical fertilizer and little organic fertilizer were applied blindly. Blind fertilizer leading to low quality, uncompetitive corn. In view of this, we provided the fertilization recommendations for the sweet waxy corn production for reference.
