摘要
针对农用单缸柴油机的排气消声器,以有限体积法计算其内流场模型得到速度、压力分布规律。结果表明:湍流现象与气流速度变化的程度和气流速度有很密切的关系;进气管处较易产生高压区域,对应的压力变化较大。结合消声器的结构特点设计不同(隔板穿孔率T、椭圆长短轴比N及长径比L/D)进行流场特性探讨:各方案均在进气管与隔板之间腔体产生一低流速区。隔板穿孔率改变引起的压力损失较长短轴比和长径比变化的压力损失大,表明若改变原消声器某一结构因子参数而不引起整体尺寸变化时,消声器的压力损失变化值越小,反之越大。
Taking agricultural single - cylinder diesel engine exhaust muffler as the research object, thevelocity and pressure distribution of the flow field were calculated in the finite volume method. The result showed that the turbulence phenomenon with the degree of airflow velocity changes and air velocity had a close relationship. Inlet pipe easily produced high-pressure area, and the corresponding stress changed greatly. The flow filed characteristics witli various parameters of structure factors"bulkhead perforation rate T , ratio of long toshort half axises N, ratio of lengtli to diameter 1VD) were studied: a low velocity zone was prodpipe and the bulkhead in each scheme. The pressure loss which was produced with the perforation rate was higher than the changes of ratio of long to short half axises and produced. It suggested that if one of the original muffler structure factor changed witliout causing overall sizechanges,the smaller change of tlie pressure loss of muffler would be variabled,vice versa.
