摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校科研数据管理提供借鉴。[方法/过程]阐述科研数据治理的内涵,分析了开放科学视域下科研数据治理与高校图书馆之间的关系,提出高校图书馆科研数据治理路径。[结果/结论]高校图书馆科研数据治理路径包括3个方面:顶层设计、权责落实和技术助力。数据治理朝着安全智能化和决策科学化的趋势发展。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for government of scientific research data in university. [Method/process ]The paper elaborates the connotation of scientific research data governance, analyzes the relation between scientific research data governance and university library, and then puts forwards a governance path of scientific research data in university li-brary. [Result/conclusion]The path mentioned above contains 3 segments： top-level design, power and responsibility implementation, and technology assistance. Data governance is developing towards security and intelligency, and scientific decision-making.
