多平面焊接相贯节点应力集中影响因素探讨

摘要 多平面焊接相贯节点的应力集中程度直接关系到其动力性能的优异。基于静力足尺试验和有限元数值模拟,针对太原火车南站候车厅屋盖结构代表性节点——68#节点进行分析,主要探讨了6种加载工况、节点代表性支管G3/G8壁厚改变对其应力集中程度的影响和分布规律。研究结果表明:足尺静力试验和数值模拟所得相贯节点应力集中系数基本一致;6种加载工况对焊接相贯节点应力集中程度差异明显,尤其以节点空间同时加载影响最小;支管G3/G8壁厚改变对主、支管应力集中程度影响不同,支管敏感性高于主管且与其壁厚成负相关。 The degree of stress concentration of multi plane welded steel tubular joint is directly related to its dynamic performance. Static full scale tests and finite element numerical simulation based on the Taiyuan South Railway Station waiting hall roof structure representative joint——68#joints are analyzed,and the six kinds of loading cases、wall thickness of representative braces G3/G8 have a influence on the stress concentration and distribution law are mainly discussed. The research indicates that the stress concentration factor of welded tubular joints obtained by static full scale test and numerical simulation are basically consistent; the stress concentration of welded joint is obviously different under six kinds of loading cases,the degree of the stress concentration of the intersecting area between the brace duct and main duct is small when loading simultaneously; the influence of the wall thickness of the braces G3/G8 on the stress concentration of the chord and braces are different,the sensitivity of the braces are higher than that of the chord and are negatively correlated with the wall thickness.
