摘要
钢管混凝土柱存在脱空缺陷时承载能力会减小,即使在补强后也不能完全恢复。为了研究有缺陷钢管混凝土补强后效果,首先制作带有不同大小缺陷试件并进行承载力试验,得出缺陷大小与承载力的关系。再制作用砂浆填充缺陷后试件,得出承载能力得到很大程度的提高,但仍然不能达到无缺陷时的承载能力,有一定程度折减,折减系数与缺陷形状相关。最后利用ANSYS有限元软件进行缺陷与补强试件承载力的模拟,得到补强后试件承载能力折减系数与缺陷面积关系式,在实际工程中具有应用意义。
The load carrying capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) column will be reduced when voids occur between steel and concrete,and the capacity cannot be restored even after reinforcement. In order to study the effect of reinforcement on the CFST with voids,specimens with different size of voids were made,and the bearing capacity test was carried out to obtain the relationship between the size of void and the bearing capacity. The bearing capacity of the specimen reinforced with mortar is greatly improved,but it still cannot recover to the value of the column without void. Finally,the finite element software of ANSYS is used to simulate the bearing capacity of the specimen. The relationship between the bearing capacity reduction factor and the void area is obtained.
