摘要
为探明各种激振源对高架输送机转运站结构振动的影响,对其进行了现场调查、结构动力特性及动力响应测试和计算分析。将转运站结构振动问题归纳为整体结构的侧向水平振动和设备层楼盖的竖向振动。通过梳理国内外现有的振动容许限值标准,总结出结构振动问题评估应主要考虑由振动引起的结构安全耐久性、工艺设备精确性和工作人员舒适性。分析表明,转运站结构的振动以低频激振源引起的结构侧向水平振动为主;输送机运行时工作人员的舒适性主要受结构侧向水平振动的影响。最后提出了转运站结构振动控制的主要目标为水平位移。
In order to find out effect of various exciting sources on vibration of conveyor transferstation,field investigation,structural dynamic property test,structural dynamic response test,and calculation analysis were carried out. Vibration of conveyor transfer-station is summed up as horizontal vibration of entire structure and vertical vibration of equipment layer. By analyzing the existing standards for allowable values of vibration,safety and durability of structure,precision of equipment and comfort of staff should be mainly considered in the evaluation of vibration problems of conveyor transfer-station. The results show that vibration of conveyor transfer-station is dominated by the horizontal vibration caused by low-frequency exciting source and comfort of staff during the conveyor running is mainly affected by horizontal vibration of entire structure. Vibration control of transfer-station structure should be focused on horizontal displacement.
