INNOVATION AND APPLICATION OF SMART PARKING PLATFORM BASED ON STATIC TRAFFIC BIG DATA SYSTEM

摘要 随着汽车保有量和人口密度的持续增加,中国大中型城市普遍面临日益严峻的停车泊位供给不足的挑战。与此同时,有限的泊位资源并未得到充分有效的利用。针对长期困扰政府、企业和车主的停车规划难、管理难和出行难的三大难题,并变革整合当前的高度分散的停车运营行业,创新性地提出智慧停车平台。实验表明,该平台通过信息化的手段,提升停车资源利用率。 With the increase of car ownership and population density,large and medium-sized cities in China generally face the challenge of insufficient supply of parking lots. At the same time,limited lots' resources have not been fully utilized. In order to solve the long-term problems of government,industry and owners of the parking planning difficulty,managing and travel difficult,and change the integration of current highly dispersed parking operation industry,this paper put forward an innovative smart parking platform. The experiment showed that the platform made the utilization of parking resources more efficient through informational technology.
