摘要
将文学文体学融入小说翻译中,选取欧内斯特·海明威长篇小说《永别了,武器》的几个具有代表性的中文译本,通过分析各译本在内容和表达形式上出现的"假象等值"现象来评鉴各译本的文体价值。内容层面上的"假象等值"现象将从偏常内容正常化和宗教文化差异两方面进行剖析,而表达形式上的"假象等值"现象则将从叙事角度进行剖析。翻译界应当反对以译文是否传达与原文等值的内容作为唯一翻译标准的做法,提倡译入语中的语言形式与作品的整体文学价值有机结合。
Literary stylistics should be put into fiction translation. Several representative Chinese versions of A Farewell to Arms are selected to examine their stylistic significance by analyzing " Deceptive Equivalence" in terms of content and the form of expression. Deviation,religious and cultural differences,and narrative point of view are pinpointed as the causes of " Deceptive Equivalence". It is suggested that the seemingly equivalence of the original and translated text should not be the sole standard of translation,while the target language should be associated with the thematic and aesthetic value of the whole work.
