摘要
为了探讨择业效能感、大学生就业压力应对方式及心理资本三者间关系,使用择业效能感问卷、就业压力应对方式问卷及积极心理资本问卷对245名大学生进行了测试.结果发现:(1)大学生择业效能感与其就业应对方式中的积极应对呈显著正相关,与消极应对呈显著负相关;(2)心理资本与大学生择业效能感显著正相关,与积极应对显著正相关,与消极应对负相关;(3)心理资本在择业效能感与大学生就业应对方式间发挥着中介作用.因此:从积极心理学出发,开发和富足大学生心理资本水平有助于提升大学生就业应对的能力和水平.
In order to explore the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy,the coping styles of employment pressure for undergraduates and psychological capital among college students,245 college students were investigated with Achievement Motivation Scale,Coping Styles Scale and Psychological Capital Scale. The results showed that( 1) achievement motivation was positively related to positive coping style,and was negatively related to negative coping reaction;( 2) psychological capital was significantly positively related to achievement motivation and positive coping,and negatively related to negative coping;( 3) psychological capital was playing a mediator role between achievement motivation and the coping styles of employment pressure for undergraduates. Therefore,from the point of psychological capital view,through the strengthening of accumulation of college students' psychological capital,it can enhance the employability of college students.
