关节突关节退变相关细胞因子的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会老龄化的加剧,腰背痛发病率呈明显上升趋势,大大增加了医疗以及社会的负担,同时也明显降低了人们的生活质量。近年来腰背痛的病因研究成为热点,人们逐渐认识到关节突关节退变在腰痛病因中的重要性,但目前对关节突关节退变的诊断更多依赖临床症状与影像学表现,对关节突关节退变的认识也仅限于解剖差异以及生物力学方面。关节突关节退变是一种炎症以及免疫反应,关节突关节退变的细胞因子及信号通路在疾病的发病机制中显得尤为重要。关节突关节退变实质上是关节突关节长期慢性损伤与及时修复重构之间平衡的打破,导致关节突关节出现不可逆转的转变。关节突关节作为一个整体,其退变也包括软骨、软骨下骨、滑膜、关节囊等结构的变化,在这些区域分布着不同功能的细胞因子以及信号通路。 With the aging of the society,the incidence of low back pain shows a clear upward trend,greatly increasing the medical and social burden and obviously reducing the quality of life. In recent years,the study of the cause of low back pain has become a hot spot,and people are gradually realizing the importance of articular process joint degeneration in the cause of low back pain. However,the diagnosis of articular process joint degeneration is more dependent on clinical symptoms and imaging findings. Knowledge of articular process joint degeneration is also limited to anatomical differences and biomechanics. Articular process joint degeneration is an inflammation and immune response. The articular process degenerative cytokines and the signaling pathways are particularly important in the pathogenesis of the disease. The degeneration of the articular process joint is essentially a break in the balance between the long-term chronic injury of the articular process joint and the timely repair and remodeling,resulting in an irreversible change in the articular process joint. As a whole,the degeneration of the articular process joint also includes changes in the structure of cartilage,subchondral bone,synovial membrane,and joint capsule. In these regions,different functional cytokines and signaling pathways are distributed.
