摘要
针对舰船因排气管或其附件设置不合理所造成的危害,对舰船排气管设计计算进行二次开发程序设计,以90 000 t半潜船排气系统为例进行验证。结果表明,该程序的应用可提高设计效率,优化排气管的布置及其附件的设置,保证排气管安全可靠。
In light of the harm induced by defective arrangement of exhaust pipes or the attachment parts of ships,a calculation program was developed for design of exhaust pipes. Taking 90 000 DWT semi-submersible heavy lift vessel as example,it was shown that the developed program can increase design efficiency,optimize the arrangement of exhaust pipe and relative parts so as to ensure safe and reliable exhaust pipes of vessel.
