摘要
分析传统工艺加工大型薄壁角接触球轴承保持架存在的难点,提出了增加时效处理、分多刀均匀去除余量、镗孔等工艺改进方案,通过工艺试验验证,改进前、后相关检测数据表明:工艺改进可以有效提高大型薄壁角接触球轴承保持架的加工精度。
The difficulties are analyzed for machining of cages of large-scale thin-walled angular contact ball bearings by traditional technology. The process improvement schemes are put forward,such as increasing aging treatment,removing allowance evenly by multi-tool and boring. Through process test verification,the relevant test data before and after improvement show that the machining accuracy of the cages is improved effectively by process improvement.
