摘要
介绍圆柱滚子轴承越程槽的设计特点,分析了轴承内圈在预紧力作用下越程槽尺寸对挡边变形的影响。建立包含轴承的传动系统模型,将分析结果与试验结果对比,验证了分析的可靠性。
The design characteristics of grinding undercut are introduced for inner rings of cylindrical roller bearings,and the influence of size of grinding undercut of inner rings on rib deformation is analyzed under preload. The transmission system model including bearings is built; the analysis result and test result are compared to verify reliability of analysis.
