摘要
运用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法对新疆女子沙滩排球运动队进行深入调查研究发现运动员奋发向上、训练刻苦;教练员言传身教、以身作则;运动队队风淳朴,踏实认真;领导重视与社会资金的赞助已形成精神物质双重保障;体育局领导和教练员重视后备人才的培养,与基层体校及中学建立紧密的交流机制。
This paper makes an in-depth study on the women＇s beach volleyball team in Xinjiang by using literature, field investigation and expert interviews. It is found that the athletes are struggling to make progress and training. The trainers instruct and influence athletes by their own words and demonstration. The atmosphere of this team is simple and practical. The support from leaders and social funds has formed spiritual and material guarantee; leaders from Sports Administration and coaches attach great importance to the training of reserve talents, and establish close communication with athletic schools and secondary schools.
