摘要
根据数控曲线带锯机的工作原理及实际加工需求设计了一款数控曲线带锯机。该机设计有三个带锯轮,并成三角形分布安装在主机机架上,数控工作台采用内推台形式即工作台整体在带锯机内部空间移动。对数控曲线带锯机的关键零件带锯轮进行了数学建模,然后利用Matlab软件对其进行求解,得到带锯轮的最小质量及最小中心距,最终得到数控曲线带锯机带锯轮的相应参数。
Based on the working principle of CNC curve band sawing machinery and the actual processing needs,a CNC curve band saw is designed,which has three band saw wheels installed on the main frame in the form of a triangle,with a numerically-controlled rotary table being an internal table,i. e. the whole working table moving in the internal space of the band saw. Mathematical modeling of band saw wheels,key components of the CNC curve band saw,is conducted,with Matlab software used for solution,with the minimum mass and minimum center distance of the band saw wheels obtained,the corresponding parameters of the band saw wheels of the band saw finally obtained.
