摘要
综述了数字图像处理技术在木材缺陷检测、木材结构和木材美学三个方面的研究进展,分析了其中存在的不足。结果表明,数字图像处理技术可实现木材虫眼、节子和腐朽等缺陷的快速准确识别;木材结构的图像分析对于气候变化、木材长势及力学性能研究均有一定的参考价值;利用数字图像处理技术可以提取出木材独一无二的纹理图案。展望了数字图像处理技术在木材科学中的应用前景,以及其在木材缺陷自动检测、物种识别和美学研究等方面的商业价值。
The research progress of digital image processing technology in the three directions of wood defects detection,wood structure and wood aesthetics is reviewed,and the shortcomings involved are analyzed. The results show that the digital image processing technology can realize the rapid and accurate identification of defects such as insect holes,knots and decays. The analysis of wood structure images has some reference value for the research of climate change,wood growth and mechanical properties. The use of digital image processing technology can extract unique wood texture patterns. Finally,the application prospects of digital image processing technology in wood science are expounded,which can create great commercial value in the fields of automatic detection of wood defects,species identification and aesthetic research.
