摘要
大多数现代化矿井采煤工作面顺槽采用连采机双巷掘进,两巷之间联络巷较密集,生产过程中需要及时封闭,联巷的密闭封堵充填工作就显得尤为重要。通过分析研究,确定柔模无机固化充填材料用于构筑防火密闭墙,提出联巷快速密闭工艺及设备,并进行了应用测试,结果表明密闭墙具有较好的密闭效果,降低了联巷密闭墙的施工成本,实现了"机械化掏槽+人工支模+机械化泵送"的快速构筑工艺。
In the most of the modern coal mines,the mining roadways in coal mining face are tunneled by two-roadway mode with continuous miner. There are many contact lanes between the two mining roadways,which needs to be closed in time,so the sealing and closing work of the contact lanes is very important. Through theoretical analysis,the feasibility of using the flexible mold inorganic filling material to construct the fire proof wall is analyzed,and the rapid sealing process and equipments of contact lanes were proposed. The field test shows that the technology has better sealing effect,which reduces the construction cost of the enclosed wall of the contact lanes,and realizes the rapid construction technology of"mechanized cutting + manual formwork + mechanical pumping".
