摘要
以实际案例针对综采面顶板的跨距、矿压等问题进行研究。在理论计算值的基础上,提出了切眼切顶爆破、两巷超前欲裂爆破两种弱化技术,并对施工现场进行系统检测分析,发现坚硬顶板的力学性能、整体性能越好,来压跨距就会越大,进而采取弱化技术后会减少来压的强度,确保矿井安全、高效地进行生产。
Based on the actual cases,according to the problems of roof caving span and strata behaviors,by theoretical calculation,two kinds of weakening technologies of roof cutting blasting of open-off cut and advance splitting blasting of two crossheadings were proposed. Rock pressure monitoring indicates that the better the mechanical properties and overall performance of hard roof,the greater the weighting step will be,and then the weakening technology must be taken to reduce the weighting strength,and to ensure the safe and efficient production.
