摘要
文章旨在研究某系列特种车辆焊接裂纹的原因并选择适合的焊丝,就目前工况而言,选用两种焊丝焊接,通过斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验、刚性拘束裂纹试验对比两种焊接接头的焊接裂纹率,通过力学性能试验对比两种焊接接头的综合力学性能,从而达到预期目标。
The article aims to study the cause of welding crack of a special vehicle and selects suitable wire for welding. With respect to working condition for the moment, there are two types of wire for welding which can get the desired goal by contrasting the crack rate and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the two welding joint with crack test of bevel Y - groove, rigid restraint cracking test and mechanical test.
