摘要
目的探析经口气管插管中应用两种不同固定法的效果。方法将2016年4月~2017年4月期间我院行经口气管插管的患者80例作为研究对象,遵循双盲法分组标准均分成A组(40例)与B组(40例),A组行常规固定法;B组行口咽通气管固定。经统计学分析比较两组固定效果、并发症与非计划性拔管以及舒适度等情况。结果 B组固定效果显著与舒适度优于A组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症50.0%、非计划性拔管发生率22.5%高于B组7.5%、2.5%,组间数据比较构成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口咽通气管固定气管插管应用在经口气管插管患者中的效果确切,具有操作简易、安全性高等优点,可减轻患者痛苦,提高舒适度,降低非计划性拔管发生率,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of two fixation methods on tracheal intubation. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017,80 patients undergoing orotracheal intubation in our hospital were studied.According to the standard of double blind group,40 cases were divided into two groupsgroup A（40 cases） and group B（40 cases）,the patients of group A were treated with routine fixation method and the patients of group B were treated with oropharyngeal ventilation tube fixation.The results of fixation,complications,unplanned extubation and degree of comfort were compared statistically. Results The fixation effect and degree of comfort of group B was significantly better than that of group A（P 〈0.05）.The complication rate of group A was 50% and the incidence of unplanned extubation was 22.5%. They were higher than group B （7.5% and 2.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of fixed tracheal intubation with oropharyngeal ventilation tube in patients with oral tracheal intubation has the advantages of simple operation,high safety and so on.It can alleviate the pain of patients,improve comfort and reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation.It is worth recommending.
