摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉造影术患者实施人文关怀护理模式临床效果。方法选取我院收入50例进行冠状动脉造影术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理方式上予以人文关怀护理,比较两组护理满意度、护理前后焦虑、抑郁改善情况、护理后并发症发生率、不良情绪发生率。结果两组护理满意度比较中观察组护理满意度100.0%优于对照组84.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理前后SAS、SDS评分比较中护理后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组并发症发生率比较中观察组并发症发生率12.0%低于对照组44.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理后生活质量评分中护理前生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理前后进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行冠状动脉手术患者实施人文关怀护理,能缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,减少临床并发症发生率,在提高护理满意度同时提高生活质量水平,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical application of humanistic nursing care in the coronary angiography. Methods 50 patients of receiving the coronary angiography our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,25 cases each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing care;on the basis,the observation group adopted the humanistic nursing care.The clinical satisfaction,anxiety,depression as well as the incidence rate of complications and negative emotions was analyzed. Results The clinical satisfaction for observation group （100.0%） was significantly higher than control group （84.0%） （P〈0.05）;before and after intervention, the SAS and SDS points for two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）;The incidence rate of complications for observation group （12.0%） was significantly lower than control group （44.0%）（P〈0.05）;After intervention, the evaluation scores of living conditions, physical function,psychological function,social function and life quality for two groups were significantly different （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion During the coronary angiography, the humanistic nursing care can relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the clinical satisfaction and life quality.
