摘要
乳腺癌在常规超声声像图上典型表现为肿块型,但是在临床工作中,声像图未表现典型肿块型病变,而呈现出弥漫性病变,没有明确边界,不具备空间占位效应。非肿块型乳腺病变,超声诊断其特异度非常低,超声特征还没有被广泛认识,其鉴别诊断给乳腺超声诊断带来极大的困难,已成为临床工作的难点。随着超声新技术的发展,弹性成像的出现,为超声诊断乳腺恶性病变提供了更为先进的影像学手段。本文将简述弹性超声技术的原理应用,并通过临床数据资料分析弹性超声与其他传统超声诊断方式的优势,探讨超声弹性成像技术在乳腺非肿块型病变的临床价值。
Objective Typical features of breast cancer on conventional ultrasound imaging are mass type,but in clinical work, sonogram does not show typical mass type lesions,but presents diffuse lesions,without clear boundaries,there is no space occupying effect.The specificity of non-mass breast lesions is very low and the characteristics of ultrasound have not been widely recognized.The differential diagnosis of breast ultrasound has brought great difficulties and has become a difficult point in clinical work.With the development of new ultrasound technology and the appearance of elastic imaging,it provides a more advanced imaging method for the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions.In this paper,the principle and application of elastic ultrasound technology are briefly introduced,and the advantages of elastic ultrasound and other traditional ultrasonic diagnostic methods are analyzed through clinical data to investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography in breast non-mass lesions.
