摘要
目的评价我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对我院2014年1月~2016年12月住院患者抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、用药强度(AUD)等数据进行回顾性分析。结果我院住院患者抗菌药物销售金额占西药总金额的比例及AUD呈下降趋势;头孢菌素类药物、喹诺酮类药物、青霉素类药物销售金额排序各年均列抗菌药物的前4位;左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮舒巴坦AUD排序各年均居前三位;特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用增加。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物利用趋于合理,但还存在一些问题,需要继续加强抗菌药物合理使用的监管。
Objective To evaluate the use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients in our hospital. Methods The data of the sales amount of antibiotics, the frequency of drug use （DDDs） and the intensity of drug use （AUD） were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016. Results The proportion of the sales amount of antibacterial drugs in our hospital accounted for the proportion of the total amount of Western medicine and AUD showed a downward trend. The ranking of cephalosporins, quinolones and penicillins was ranked the top 4 of the antibiotics each year. Levofloxacin, cefoperazone and sulbactam AUD ranked the top three in each year, and the use of special antibiotics increased. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients in our hospital tends to be reasonable, but there are still some problems. We need to continue to strengthen the supervision of rational use of antibiotics.
