摘要
针对综采工作面生产期间需停机拆皮带架子带来的问题,设计了一种井下快速可移动伸缩式皮带支撑装置。该装置采用液压驱动,由主体、托辊架及控制阀组组成,可根据底板高度来调节支撑高度,实现了不停机连续采煤作业,提高工作效率,降低安全隐患,节省成本,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of stopping the belt conveyor to disassemble the belt shelf during the production period of fully mechanized mining face,a rapid and movable telescopic belt conveyor supporting device for underground coal mine was proposed. The device which is driven by hydraulic pressure and composed of main body,support roller frame and control valve group,can adjust support height according to the floor change,realize continuous mining operation,improve work efficiency,reduce potential safety hazard,save cost effectively,and has wide application prospect.
