摘要
某矿皮带巷道穿越粉细砂层的过程中,由于工程地质条件的复杂性以及施工方案的不当,导致巷道掘进过程中发生多次冒顶、坍塌事故,造成施工进度缓慢。鉴于此,采用超前预注浆加固技术,向工作面前方及顶部注入硅酸凝胶材料对粉细砂层进行化学改良,通过注浆加固有效地提高了粉细砂的物理力学性能,保证了巷道掘进工作的安全顺利进行,也为相似地质条件的地下工程施工提供了技术借鉴。
In the process of belt roadway crossing through fine-sand stratum,owing to the complexity of the engineering geological conditions and the improper construction scheme,the roof fall and collapse accidents occurred during the tunneling process,which led to the construction schedule is slow. By using pre-grouting reinforcement technology which inject silica gel material into the front and top of the working face,the physical and mechanical properties of fine-sand stratum was effectively improved,the safety of roadway tunneling work was ensured,which provide technical reference for underground engineering construction in similar geological conditions.
