ZigBee矿井人员定位及瓦斯检测系统的设计应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下作业环境的复杂性以及安全检测井下瓦斯浓度的要求,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器技术的井下移动人员定位及其周围瓦斯浓度检测系统的设计方案。利用ZigBee嵌入式技术实现可移动终端节点、路由节点以及协调器节点的硬件设计。通过GPRS远程定位技术实现对井下人员定位;运用ZigBee技术实现了移动中瓦斯检测和数据的无线传输。实验证明人员定位精度、瓦斯监测精度符合煤矿安全生产要求。 In view of the complexity of underground operation environment and the requirement of gas concentration detection,the design scheme of underground mobile personnel localization and gas concentration detection system based on ZigBee wireless sensor technology was proposed. The hardware design of mobile terminal node,routing node and coordinator node was realized by using ZigBee embedded technology. Using GPRS remote localization technology,the localization of underground personnel was achieved. The wireless transmission of gas detection data in mobile was realized by using ZigBee technology. Experiments have proved that the accuracy of personnel localization and gas detection meet the requirements of coal mine safety production
