摘要
本设计利用Android平台开发应用程序,通过程序对变频器的控制,实现了塔架式抽油机控制。设计利用手机的Wifi通讯机制,通过Wifi模块通讯,实现对于变频器的无线遥控操作。这一设计使得在复杂的条件下可以通过手机系统来对抽油机进行控制,同时也能实时监控抽油机的运行状态,完成了智能控制系统硬件设计与软件编程,制作了智能控制系统样机并进行了试验,试验结果表明该系统控制精度高、运行稳定、可靠。
This design uses Android platform to develop application program,through the program to control the inverter,to achieve the tower pumping unit control. The wireless remote control operation of frequency converter is realized by using wifi communication mechanism of mobile phone and wifi module communication. This design makes it possible to control the pumping unit through the mobile phone system under complex conditions,at the same time,it can also monitor the running state of the pumping unit in real time,complete the hardware design and software programming of the intelligent control system,and make the prototype of the intelligent control system and carry out experiments. the test results show that the system has high control precision,stable and reliable operation.
