摘要
构建安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防机制是遏制生产安全事故的重要举措。神南矿业公司通过制定安全风险分级管控6步流程、隐患排查治理8个步骤,明确岗位、班组、区队、专业四个层级责任,将风险预控作为隐患排查治理的基础,把等级较高的风险点列为隐患排查治理的重点,构成风险管控和隐患排查治理双预防四级落实的自主管理机制。
Constructing double prevention mechanism of risk management and control with classification as well as hidden danger checking and governing is an important measure to contain production safety accidents. In Shennan Mining Co.,Ltd,by establishing 6-step process of risk management and control with classification,8-step method of hidden trouble checking and governing,4-level responsibility of post,class team,regional team and professional,taking risk prevention as the basis for hidden trouble checking and governing and the higher risk points as the focus of hidden trouble checking and governing,the autonomous management mechanism of double prevention and four-level implementation was constituted.
