摘要
本文介绍了国家质检总局自筹经费科研项目任务书规定的科研课题《LCR(电感、电容、电阻)标准装置》的立项背景、工作原理与使用方法,对其测量不确定度进行了分析评定与验证,对关键技术问题的解决进行了阐述,对技术特点和不足之处进行了总结。
This paper introduces the background, working principle and operation method of the scientific research project ＂LCR（inductor, capacitor and resistance） standard device＂, which is prescribed by the AQSIQ self financing research project task book,t he uncertainty of measurement is analyzed, evaluated and verified. The solution of key technical problems is expounded, and the characteristics and shortcomings of the technology are summarized.
