摘要
针对目前集体土地使用权数据库建设工作的主要生产环节,包括图形数据检查、属性数据录入、SHP格式导出等工序,基于AutoCAD平台,采用C++语言进行二次开发,解决传统GIS环境下才能完成的数据建库工作,实现对DWG图形数据的检查转换,使用权宗地、界址点、界址线等要素属性值的自动提取、批量赋值和修改等功能,最终导出符合数据库要求的"苍穹标准SHP文件"。方便内业生产,提高了工作效率。
For the main production links of the collective land use rights database construction work, including graphic data check, attribute data entry, SHP format export, based on the AutoC AD platform, this paper used C++ language secondary development software to solve the data building work completed by the traditional GIS environment. This paper realized the DWG data conversion and check, the attribute value automatic extraction, batch assignment and modify of proprietary parcel, boundary points and boundary elements. Finally, this paper derived the standard SHP file which met the requirements of the database. The utility model is convenient for the production of internal industry, and improves the work efficiency.
