摘要
文章通过分析我国铁路物流业务模式的现状,探讨了我国铁路物流业务中存在的问题,并通过PEST分析法和波特的五力量模型,分析了铁路物流业务的创新驱动力。在阐述物流供应链的基础上,利用物流供应链的思想,对我国铁路物流业务创新进行研究,提出了构建综合型一体化铁路物流服务平台,开展铁路物流金融业务,建立供应链企业与铁路物流企业的联盟,实现铁路物流信息化等。
The paper analyzes the current situation of chinarailway logistics business model, and inquires into the prob-lems existing in the railway logistics service of our country. Through the PEST analysis method and potter＇s five forcemodel, the paper analyzes the driving force of railway logisticsbusiness innovation, based on the description of the logisticssupply chain, the paper uses the idea of logistics supplychain to study the innovation of railway logistics business inchina. The paper puts forward the construction of integratedrailway logistics service platform, the development of railwaylogistics finance business, the establishment of the supplychain enterprise and the railway logistics enterprise alliance,and the realization of railway logistics informatization.
