摘要
文章探讨基于供给侧改革的江苏省农产品冷链物流模式,对于提高农产品质量和品质,改善食品质量安全具有重要的意义。在分析现在的传统模式存在问题的基础上,利用江苏省2016统计数据,提出采用因子分子法探讨适合江苏省的冷链物流模式。
This paper discusses the agricultural products cold chain logistics mode based on supply -side reform in Jiangsuprovince, which is of great significance to improve the quality and quality of agricultural products and improve food quality andsafety. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the traditional model, using the statistical data of Jiangsu province in2016, this paper proposes the use of factor molecular method to explore the cold chain logistics model suitable for Jiangsuprovince.
