摘要
禾本科植物包括许多重要的农作物,其生长、发育和结实受干旱、高盐、冷害和高温等非生物胁迫的影响,对重要农作物抵御逆境的方法进行研究,有助于了解其对环境的耐受机制,以应对外界环境的变化。综述了禾本科作物响应非生物胁迫的最新研究进展,阐述了抗氧化系统、质膜蛋白和miRNA在禾本科作物逆境胁迫中发挥的重要作用。
The Poaceae includes many agriculturally important plants, which are susceptible to abiotic stress such as drought, high salt, cold damage and high temperature during development. Studies on crop response to abiotic stress can help us to understand how crop improve stress tolerance under unfavorable conditions. This paper reviewed on abiotic stress tolerance in Poaceae, revealed the important roles of the antioxidant machinery, plasma membrane protein and mi RNA in response to stress.
