摘要
橡胶与钢丝帘线之间的黏合力对橡胶制品的强度、稳定性、均匀性有着举足轻重的影响。为提高黏合力要对钢丝帘线金属表面和橡胶的性能进行改进。研究了含钴橡胶中标准黄铜镀层钢丝帘线的黏合性能与无钴橡胶与铜-锌-钴三元合金镀层钢丝帘线黏合力的性能对比,还研究了两种胶料的动态力学性能。
The adhesion between rubber and steel cords has an important influence on the strength, stability and uniformity of rubber products. It is necessary to improve the performance of steel cord metal surfaces and rubber to improve adhesion. In this paper, the adhesion properties of standard brass coated steel cord in cobalt-containing rubber were compared with that of copper-zinc-cobalt ternary alloy coating steel cord in cobalt-free rubber, and the dynamic mechanical properties of the two rubber compounds also was studied.
