摘要
橡胶在室温或略高温度下正常贮存会产生老化变硬现象。通过试验测试了3种配方的胶料在不同贮存时间和温度下的热老化前后动态性能的变化及产生裂纹的扩展情况。发现天然胶的裂纹扩展率不变而聚丁二烯胶料及NR/BR并用胶裂纹扩展率都增加,胶料明显变硬。
Normal storage of rubber at room or slightly elevated temperatures will result in aging and hardening. The dynamic properties and crack growth of the 3 rubber compounds before and after heat aging at different storage times and temperatures were tested. It is found that the crack growth rate of natural rubber remains unchanged, while the crack growth rate of polybutadiene rubber and NR/BR blend increases, and the rubber compound obviously hardens.
