摘要
目的分析优质护理干预在改善维持性血液透析患者心功能及消极情绪的应用效果。方法选取本院采用接受诊治的140例肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各70例。对照组患者采用护理干预,研究组患者在常规护理基础上联合优质护理干预措施。观察并对比护理前后2组患者心功能、不良情绪及并发症情况。结果护理前,2组心功能指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者心功能等级均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者的消极情绪(SAS、SDS)指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为4.3%,低于对照组的17.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预模式可有效改善患者心功能,调节患者消极情绪,减少患者并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing intervention on improving cardiac function and negative mood in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 140 patients with renal failure in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with nursing intervention,and the patients in the study group were treated with high quality care intervention on the basis of conventional care. The cardiac function,adverse moods and complications were compared and analyzed before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in the level of cardiac function between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the heart function of the two groups were lower than nursing before,and the study group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the negative emotions scores( SAS,SDS) between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than nursing before,and the study group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 4. 3%,which was lower than 17. 1% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Quality nursing intervention model can effectively improve the patient's heart function,regulate the negative emotions,reduce the complications of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
