摘要
习近平立足于中国新时代的背景条件和主要矛盾,围绕生态文明建设发表了一系列重要讲话,深刻回答了新时代条件下中国生态文明建设的重大理论和现实问题。习近平生态文明思想博大精深、内涵丰富,深刻阐述了生态环境的价值功能和生产力属性,厘清了生态变迁与文明兴衰的主要脉络,诠释了生态文明建设的系统工程思想,分析了人与自然的和谐共生关系,重构了生态文明制度建设体系等。习近平生态文明思想创造性地承袭和升华了马克思主义生态文明观,为新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设做出了开创性贡献,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
Since the Eighteenth National Congress,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of China,has delivered a series of important speeches focusing on the constructions of ecological civilization,which profoundly responded to the major theories and problems in reality in the process of China's construction of ecological civilization in the new era.Xi's thought on construction of ecological civilization is profound and extensive,with rich connotations.It has deeply illustrated the great values and productivity potential of ecological environment,clarified the vicissitudes of ecological environment and ups and downs of civilizations,interpreted the systematic engineering thoughts on ecological environment construction,analyzed the harmonious relationship between human and nature,and reconstructed the system building of ecological construction.Xi's thought on construction of ecological civilization,inherited from the Marxist ecological civilization with further development,has made innovative contributions to China's ecological civilization in the new era.This paper tries to expound Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,based on Marxist ecological civilization,so that we can deepen our understanding of Xi Jinping's thought on China's ecological civilization and promote the construction of contemporary ecological civilization practice.
