摘要
收集我院传染精神药房自2015年1月—2016年12月为患者及其家属提供的药学咨询记录资料,根据药物用法用量、注意事项、药物不良反应及退药服务进行分类整理。其中传染精神药房门诊药师为患者提供21 456例次药物用法用量咨询服务,14 228例次药物使用注意事项服务,收集并处理2 931例次药物不良反应及为1 614例次患者提供了退药服务。显示我院门诊药师在传染精神药房深入开展药学服务,保障了患者用药的安全、合理、有效,是新形势下门诊药师职能发展的重要方向。
The data of pharmaceutical consultation from our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 for patients and their families were collected and classifed according to drug usage and dosage, matters needing attention, adverse drug reactions and drug withdrawal services. Among them, the outpatient pharmacist of infectious psychiatric outpatient pharmacy provided 21 456 cases of drug usage and dosage consultation service, 14 228 cases of drug use attention services, collected and processed 2 931 times of adverse drug reactions and provided drug withdrawal services for 1 614 patients. It shows that the outpatient pharmacists in our hospital carry out pharmaceutical care in the infectious psychiatric pharmacy, and ensure the safety, rationality and effectiveness of the medication. It is an important direction for the development of outpatient pharmacists in the new situation.
