摘要
目的:探讨消毒供应中心管理中应用护理安全管理模式的效果与价值。方法:选择2016年5月~2017年5月(已开展护理安全管理)某院消毒供应中心20名医护人员作为研究组,消毒供应物品15300件;选择2015年4月~2016年4月(未开展护理安全管理)某院消毒供应中心20名医护人员作为对照组,消毒供应物品15280件。结果:研究组消毒供应物品的合格率99.98%,高于对照组99.92%(P<0.05);风险事件发生率0.01%,低于对照组0.06%(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心管理中应用护理安全管理模式效果确切。
Objective:To explore the effect and value of the application of nursing safety management model in the management of disinfection supply center.Methods:20 medical staff in a hospital form May 2016 to May 2017(Nursing safety management has been carried out),center were selected as study group.During this period,15300 items were sterilized.20 medical staff in a hospital from April 2015 to April 2016(no nursing safety management mode),were selected as control group.During this period,15280 items were sterilized.Results:The qualified rate of disinfection supplies in the study group was 99.98%,which was higher than that in the control group(99.92%)(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of risk events was 0.01%,which was lower than that in the control group(0.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing safety management model in the management of disinfection supply center is effective.
