摘要
通过对通信网络运营指标体系中的重要指标进行话务统计和挖掘分析,可以全面掌握电信运营商经营的各类业务的使用情况和网络运行状况.这不仅能让电信、移动、联通等电信运营商及时发现网络中存在的问题,使其能合理分配资源,还能为各运营商出台市场政策提供参考.文章重点介绍了在通信网络中进行话务统计分析的体系架构和通常方法.举实例说明,并比较提出了利用数据挖掘技术有利于提高通信网运营分析效率.
Traffic statistics and analysis is a very important approach in operation and management of telecommunication networks. By analyzing the traffic statistics and data mining, operators can have a better understanding on the usage of various services they provide. It makes operators find anomalies in the network efficiently, or utilize resources reasonably and optimize the network. What's more, marketing departments can also develop marketing policies according to the results of data mining and traffic statistics. This paper describes the general methods and discusses the applications of data mining in traffic analysis of telecommunication network's operation. Examples in the real network are used to illustrate that data mining can help improve the efficiency of network operation analysis.
