高中生元记忆监测准确性及其对学习时间分配的影响 被引量:7

The Accuracy of Metamemory Monitoring and Its Effect on Study-time Allocation among High School Students

摘要 本研究以高中一年级学生为被试,以具体名词词对为联结学习材料,采用自控步调学习范式,通过两个实验分别考察高中生即时学习判断和延时学习判断的准确性,特别是预见偏差,及其对学习时间分配的影响。研究发现:第一,高中生的即时学习判断出现了预见偏差。第二,即时学习判断的预见偏差会影响学习时间的合理分配,降低学习效率。第三,延迟判断能消除预见偏差,进而实现更为合理的学习时间分配。 In the present study, two experiments were designed to investigate the accuracy of immediate/delayed judgment of learnings (JOLs) and its influence on study-time allocation. The senior one students partic-ipated in the experiments, and the concrete noun pairs were selected as experimental materials. The conclusions are that (1 ) There is the foresight bias of the immediate JOLs in high school students. (2)The foresight bias affects the study-time allocation a- mong high school students, and lowers their learning efficiency. (3 ) Delayed JOLs can alleviate or avoid the foresight bias,then make more reasonable study-time allocation.
