摘要
【目的】评价联合药物和调Q脉冲激光结合的方法治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效和安全性。【方法】选取广东省人民医院痤疮门诊73例轻中度玫瑰痤疮患者作为观察对象,随机分为两组,对照组(36例)给予药物治疗,治疗组(37例)在药物治疗基础上联合调Q 1 064 nm脉冲激光治疗,治疗9周后评估疗效。【结果】两组患者经治疗后,两组痤疮皮损均有所减轻,治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者有效率83.8%,对照组有效率61.1%,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】系统服药联合调Q脉冲激光等治疗玫瑰痤疮安全、有效,疗效优于单纯药物治疗,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。
【Objective】To determine the efficacy and safety of 1064nm Q-switched laser combined with drug therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate rosacea.【Methods】73 patients with mild to moderate rosacea were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group including 37 patients were treated with Q-switched laser combined with drug therapy,the control group including 36 patients were treated with drug therapy only. Efficacies and safety were evaluated 6 and9 weeks after the treatments.【Results】A mean reduction in lesion count was observed,statistically significance differences in effectiveness were found among each group(P<0.05),the effective ratio was 83.8% in treated group,of which was 61.1% in control group,it showed significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05). There was no side effect.【Conclusion】1 064 nm Q-switched laser combined with drug therapy has a marked effect on mild to moderate rosacea,it is safe and effective,better than simple drug treatment.
