摘要
众所周知,鄂尔多斯市是资源型城市,资源富集,煤炭、天然气探明储量分别约占全国的1/6和1/3,在国家市场化经济改革、西部大开发政策的指引和支持下,鄂尔多斯市抓住历史机遇,将潜在的资源优势转变成了巨大的经济优势,出现了快速发展的良好局面。但是,随着经济进入新常态和发展动能的转换,以往依赖资源发展的资源型经济几乎都面临转型问题,鄂尔多斯市不可能置身事外。本文以鄂尔多斯市为例,探讨了资源型区域经济转型发展面临的主要困难和问题、转型发展的必然性、紧迫性,提出了资源型区域创新转型的对策思路。
It's known that the city economy of Eerduosi is dependent on its rich resource with explored coal and natural gas as 1/6 and 1/3 of the national total amount. Under the background that Chinese market economic reform, western development, the city takes the historical opportunity to develop its economic and changed its resource potential to huge economic advantage and has undergone a quick and good economic development. While China economy goes into new norm and the transform of economic drivers, those resource-dependent cities and regions have to face their economic transformation, so does the city of Eerduosi. Taking the city as an example,the thesis discussed the main issues and difficulties, the necessity and time clock faced by the resource-dependent economic regions and presented some policies and measures for their transformation and innovation.
