摘要
压控振荡器VCO广泛用于自动控制、数字仪表和无线电设备中,用于完成电压和频率之间的转换,是一种实现模数转换功能的器件。本文在详细分析RC压控振荡器AD650结构和工作原理的基础上,结合SP3160VA超大规模集成电路测试系统资源,提出对压控振荡器的自动测试实现方法,包括程序设计方案,外围元件的选择方法和主要参数的实现方法。
Voltage controlled oscillator（VCO） is widely used in automatic control,digital instrument and ra-dio equipment,which is used to realize the conversion between voltage and frequency. This paper based on volt-age controlled oscillator AD650 structure and working principle of a detailed analysis of the RC,according to sys-tem resources test SP3160 VA VLSI,proposed the automatic test of VCO implementation method,including pro-gram design,implementation methods and main parameters of the external components.
