摘要
目的探讨宣郁通经汤加减配合针刺治疗经断前后诸证(肾虚肝郁型)的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的72例绝经前后诸证(肾虚肝郁型)患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组、对照组各36例,对照组为宣郁通经汤加减治疗,实验组在对照组基础上配合针刺治疗,两组共治疗2个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者的改良Kupperman绝经前后症状积分证候进行疗效判定;根据肾虚肝郁证候积分表,分别判定治疗前后的具体得分。结果实验组的综合疗效判定总有效率为96.77%,对照组的综合疗效判定总有效率为81.25%,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后临床指标检查结果变化值分别为实验组(6.29±4.84)分;对照组(3.00±2.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣郁通经汤加减配合针刺对经断前后诸证(肾虚肝郁型),能有效的改善患者的临床症状及激素水平,疗效显著,值得推广及应用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of modified xuanyu tongjing decoction and acupuncture in treatment of menopausal syndrome(kidney asthenia and liver depression). Methods 72 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome(kidney asthenia and liver depression) admitted and treated in our hospoital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group were treated with modified xuanyu tongjing decoction, while the experimental group were treated with modified xuanyu tongjing decoction and acupuncture for two treatment courses, and the symptom integral syndrome of modified kupperman menopause of the two groups was determined before and after treatment, and the special scores before and after treatment were respectively determined. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,(96.77% vs 81.25%)(P<0.05), and the change value of clinical index test results in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively(6.29±4.84)points and(3.00±2.69)points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified xuanyu tongjing decoction and acupuncture in treatment of menopausal syndrome(kidney asthenia and liver depression) can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hormone level, and it is worth promotion and application.
